Estimates are free. We come out, look at the actual job, and give you a written price before we touch anything, whether or not you decide to go ahead. If pinning down the cause needs real diagnostic work, or if the job calls for a standalone sewer camera inspection, we quote that upfront and credit it toward the work. What we won't do is put a number on your job over the phone and call it a quote.
02Tankless water heater install
Gas line sizing is the single biggest driver of installed cost in the Sacramento area, followed by the vent run, condensate drainage, the county permit, and whether a wall has to open to route everything cleanly. Two houses on the same street can land at opposite ends of the scale for reasons that have nothing to do with which brand we install. 03Sewer line replacement
Depth, total length, and whether the job goes trenchless or open trench move this number most, along with what the camera finds once the line is actually inspected: a straightforward offset joint is a very different job than a collapsed section under a mature valley oak's root system.
04Whole-home repipe
A whole-home repipe is driven mostly by house size, whether we're running copper or PEX, and how much drywall has to come down and go back up to route it. Homes with easy attic or crawlspace access land toward the lower end; homes with finished ceilings on every level land toward the top.
