A backup traced to a root mass near a joint eighteen feet from the cleanout, likely from a mature oak close to the American River Parkway. The rest of the line tested sound, so we cut and sealed rather than recommending a job the homeowner didn't need. Camera inspections is quoted upfront, credited toward the repair.
Tankless install · a Carmichael ranch home
A tank nearing the end of its service life got replaced with a tankless unit sized for the household. The existing gas line tested adequate for the unit's peak draw, keeping this one toward the lower end of the range.
Whole-home repipe · a 1958-built home
Discolored water at first draw and two pinhole leaks in a year pointed clearly to failing galvanized supply lines. We repiped in copper over three days, permitted and inspected through the county. Whole-home repipes here are quoted in writing after a free estimate.
