Sixteen cities across Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties, from Fair Oaks, our home base, out to Auburn and Placerville in the foothills. Response windows run from under 45 minutes for the cities closest to us up to about two and a half hours for the furthest ones.

Response time does, it's mostly a function of drive time from Fair Oaks. Pricing doesn't move by zip code on its own, but it does move with what's typical for that area's housing stock, longer laterals on the larger Granite Bay lots, freeze protection in Auburn and Placerville, that kind of thing.
Common in Cameron Park and some of the other foothill properties. We handle the supply-side plumbing and are upfront when something falls outside that, referring you honestly rather than taking a job we're not set up for.
