A century-old bungalow with a small mechanical closet needed careful planning for the vent run and gas line upgrade a tankless unit requires. We routed the vent through an existing chase to avoid opening plaster walls, keeping the install clean for a home with real architectural character worth preserving. Tankless installs are quoted in writing after a free estimate.
Drain cleaning · an East Sacramento home
A slow kitchen drain in a home built in the 1930s traced to nearly a hundred years of accumulated buildup in the original cast-iron line. We cleared it and flagged the section for monitoring, since cast iron this old is worth watching even when it's functioning.
Sewer line replacement · a Curtis Park property
Curtis Park's tree-lined streets are beautiful and hard on sewer laterals in equal measure. A camera inspection found root intrusion at multiple joints along an aging clay lateral, and we replaced it trenchless to avoid disturbing the mature trees along the parkway strip.
