Our services

Our specialty

Endless hot water, sized for your house and your water.

Tankless rewards doing the job precisely and punishes doing it fast. We size the gas line, plan the vent run, set the condensate, and put you on a descaling schedule built for Sacramento's hard water. Get those right and the unit lasts twenty years.

Plumbing Repair

Leaks, running toilets, failing valves, and water pressure that quietly dropped off. We find the actual cause instead of chasing the symptom.

Repiping

Service questions we hear most.

No. Estimates are free and in writing, whether or not you move forward. If pinning down the cause takes diagnostic work, we quote that upfront and credit it to the job if you go ahead.

So you pay for a diagnosis, not a guess. The camera inspection is quoted upfront, credited toward the repair, and you watch the screen with us so the quote that follows is for what's actually down there, not what's likely down there.

Yes. We pull permits as a matter of course, tankless installs, repiping, and sewer line replacement all go through the proper inspection, not around it.

The estimate is free and sized on site. Rusty water on the first draw, more than one pinhole leak in a year, or old galvanized or polybutylene supply are the usual reasons a repiping conversation starts, and we'll tell you plainly whether copper or PEX is the right call for your house.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe it in plain words and we will point you the right direction. If it is an active leak or a sewage backup, do not fill out a form, call. Dispatch, the assistant in the corner of every page, can also narrow it down before you pick up the phone.
