Terms & Conditions

The terms for using this website. The plumbing work itself is governed by the written estimate and work order we sign with you, not by this page.

Last updated · 2026-07-22 Applies to · www.dhsplumbing.ca

These terms govern your use of the DHS Plumbing website. Please read them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. For anything unclear, call (916) 769-2116.

01Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of a household or business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

02What these terms cover

These terms cover the website only: the pages, the booking and contact forms, the newsletter, the referral program, and the Dispatch chat assistant.

They do not govern the plumbing work itself. Any work we perform is covered by a separate written estimate and work order that we review and sign with you. Where that estimate and this page differ, the signed estimate controls the work.

03Estimates and pricing

Any prices, ranges, or examples shown on this site are for information only. They are not a quote and not an offer. Plumbing is a physical trade, and the real number depends on what we find on site.

A firm price comes after an on-site inspection. If conditions turn out to differ from what was visible at the estimate, we will explain the difference and get your approval before doing the additional work. We do not add charges you did not agree to.

04Licensing and warranties

DHS Plumbing is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our California contractor license is CSLB #1156850.

Workmanship is warrantied for one year. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install run five to fifteen years depending on the unit. Warranty terms for a specific job are set out in that job's paperwork.

Nothing on this page limits any warranty right you have under California law.

05Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the name DHS Plumbing, the logo, the written copy, the photographs, the layout, and the code, is owned by DHS Plumbing or used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own use in evaluating our services.

You may not copy, republish, sell, or reuse this content for another business, and you may not present it as your own. Ask us first if you want to use something.

06Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and getting in touch. Do not do any of the following.

  • Interfere with the site, its security, or its availability.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or contact details by automated means.
  • Submit false information, another person's details without permission, or spam.
  • Upload anything unlawful, or any file meant to harm the site or its visitors.

07Reviews and testimonials

If you send us a review, testimonial, or photo of your job, you give DHS Plumbing permission to display it on our website and marketing, with your first name and city, unless you ask us not to. You confirm the review is your own honest experience and that any photo is yours to share.

You can ask us to remove your testimonial at any time and we will take it down from places we control.

08The Dispatch assistant

Dispatch is an automated assistant, not a person. It gives general information, never a firm quote, and it does not take payment details. It is not a channel for emergencies. If water is running, sewage is backing up, or you smell gas, stop and call (916) 769-2116, and for a gas smell leave the building first and call PG&E at (800) 743-5000.

10Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted, and information here can change without notice.

To the extent the law allows, DHS Plumbing is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. This does not limit our responsibility for the plumbing work itself, which is covered by your estimate, your warranty, and California law, and it does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version.
