The Quality & Integrity You Expect

We hire slower than we could and train longer than we have to, because the standard we hold on your gas line is the same one we hold hiring for it.

Most of the crew came up through this company, not into it. Sofia Nguyen started as an apprentice three years ago; she is on track for her journeyman hours next year. We would rather grow a plumber than poach one, and we would rather tell you exactly what the job pays than make you ask.

If you already have your license, we want to talk to you. If you don't yet but you're willing to put in the hours, we run a real apprenticeship: paid, supervised, and structured around actual jobs instead of a classroom that never touches a wrench.

What working here actually looks like.

Three things that are true on day one, not just in the job posting.

A technician mounting a tankless water heater on a garage wall

You work near where you live.

Routes are built around the county you're based in, not a dispatch board that sends you across the region every day. Most of the crew lives within thirty miles of their own route, and we plan schedules that way on purpose.

A camera inspection monitor showing the inside of a sewer line

You get trained on the water, not just the code.

Sacramento's hard water changes how tankless units, fixtures, and supply lines actually fail here, and most training programs never mention it. Every technician re-certifies on venting and descaling for our water every year, on the clock.

Dressed copper supply lines run clean along a wall during a repipe

You're not selling. You're diagnosing.

There's no commission on upsells here. You get paid for the work you do and the hours you put in, not for talking someone into a bigger job than their house needs.

Open positions.

We publish the pay range here for the same reason we publish our price ranges: you should know what you're looking at before you apply.

What comes with it, plainly stated.

No perks wall. Here's what's actually included.

Health coverage
Medical, dental, and vision available after 60 days for full-time staff. DHS covers a majority of the individual premium.
Paid training
Backflow, gas-line, and hard-water-specific certification, all on the clock, not on your own time or your own dime.
Tools & vehicle
Field roles get a take-home truck, fuel card, and the core tool set. You bring the skill, we cover the equipment.
Time off
Paid time off accrues from day one. No on-call rotation that eats your weekend unless you've opted into the after-hours schedule.
Advancement
Apprentice to journeyman to lead technician is a real, tracked path here, not a title change. Ask Sofia.

How to apply.

Send your resume, or just a note about your experience if you don't have one built. A person reads every one of these, not a filter.
