What we treat as an emergency.

If it's actively damaging your home or you have no water at all, it's an emergency. Call. Don't wait for morning.

  • Burst or split pipe

Water coming out fast, a wet ceiling, or a line that's split under pressure. Shut off the main if you can find it, then call.

  • Water heater leaking or flooding

A tank leaking from the bottom, a burst tank, or a unit that won't shut off. This one can flood a garage or closet fast.

  • No water at all

Main line break, well pump failure, or a shutoff that failed closed. If nothing runs anywhere in the house, that's urgent.

  • Sewage backing up

Backup coming up through a drain or toilet, especially more than one fixture at once. This is a health issue, not just an inconvenience.

Every minute a pipe runs is water damage you'll pay to undo.

Shut off the water at the main if you know where it is. Then call. We'll walk you through it on the phone if you don't.

Most calls in the core service area get a truck moving within the hour.

Before you call.

Emergency dispatch outside normal hours carries a flat after-hours rate, which we quote on the phone before anyone drives out. No surprise line item on the invoice.

It depends on where you are and what's already on the schedule, but the person who answers will give you a real window, not a vague one, before you hang up.

Usually yes, if it's an active leak. The main shutoff is typically near the street or where the line enters the house. Tell us on the call and we'll help you find it.

Most of our emergency calls are older galvanized or copper systems in Fair Oaks, Carmichael, and Orangevale homes. That's the majority of our day-to-day work.

Still leaking. Still no water. Call now.

A real person answers this line, day or night, every day of the year.
